As a Senior Principal in the CIO team within Primary Research Management (PRM), Melissa Rossi Wood is responsible for the design, analysis and delivery of project-based qualitative and quantitative research. Ms. Wood works with analysts to discover answers to questions of vital importance to Gartner clients.
Ms. Wood has seventeen years of primary market research experience, with specific expertise in survey development and design, field research process, and data analysis.
Prior to joining Gartner in November 2012, Ms. Wood handled all aspects of primary research for Development Counsellors International (DCI). Her responsibilities included instrument design, data collection, analysis and reporting.
Prior to 2004, Ms. Wood worked in economic development marketing. She was responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, media relations, event planning, and other marketing tactics for economic development clients.
