Mike McGuire specializes in multichannel and mobile marketing, guiding digital marketers on how best engage customers and prospects by understanding how they use mobile devices to link online and offline experiences. He also focuses on content operations e.g. digital asset management (DAM) technologies. His other areas of research are AI-for-marketing and the emerging area of customer data ethics.
Previously, Mr. McGuire worked in marketing and communications with mobile computing startups in the San Francisco Bay Area and Southern California. He was with Dataquest from 1994 through 1997 as a Senior and Principal Analyst for the mobile computing program.
