Michael Wodka is a Vice President, Advisory Team Manager within the Infrastructure and Operations group. His team covers several topics including IT service management (ITSM), cloud strategy and migration, IT infrastructure backup and recovery, enterprise monitoring and observability, digital workplace I&O, I&O talent strategies, I&O organizational structure and product orientation, IT change management, networking, U.S. broadband infrastructure and remote work connectivity, UCaaS, and SD-WAN.
Previously at Gartner, Michael was a Director, Advisory covering enterprise architecture and information security and risk management. In this role, Mr. Wodka advised enterprise architecture and information security executives on functional and operational best practices.
Mr. Wodka previously worked for CEB on their IT Roadmap Builder product, a SaaS tool that helps IT organizations develop strategy and technology roadmaps. He specialized in customer success management and advising technical leaders on best practices in IT roadmap development.
