Micheal Youssef is Vice President, Team Manager in Gartner for Supply Chain - Research and Advisory. He leads the Supply Chain Planning team researching and advising clients on a wide range of topics: product portfolio planning, demand planning, supply and inventory planning, S&OP and S&OE. The team is a group of global experts in supply chain planning process design, maturity improvement, metrics, talent and organizational design.Mr. Youssef himself focuses on S&OP transformation programs and demand planning process. He joined Gartner in 2018 with 20 years experience from leading global companies (Procter and Gamble and GlaxoSmithKline) where he had leading supply chain planning roles globally and in Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Gartner in 2018, Mr. Youssef was S&OP Global Process Director for GlaxoSmithKline leading their centre of excellence, and implementing and improving S&OP process across the company.
