Ms. O' Sullivan has come to Gartner from Ernst & Young (EY) where she spent the last 2+ years holding several senior analyst roles within their central Procurement Enablement Team, helping with various procurement system integrations and providing procurement analytics and insights to the entire internal Procurement team. Prior to that, Ms. O' Sullivan spent 16+ years in the Bio-pharmaceutical (including Pfizer) and Medical Device industry, in various different Procurement roles. Ms. O' Sullivan has a wealth of knowledge and experience in procurement from a Practitioner perspective with regards to developing and establishing category strategies, digital transformation in procurement, identification of cost saving opportunities, vendor managed inventory programs, demand management, vendor onboarding, contract execution and management, compliance in procurement, tail spend management, spend analytics, vendor rationalization and can advise regarding P2P and CLM platforms and processes.
