Nadia Bulkin is a Director in Gartner’s Finance practice. She analyzes trends in forward-looking finance functional and enterprise strategy, finance organizational design, and digital finance talent and competencies, with a special focus on preparing CFOs and their leadership teams for the impact of AI. In her role as a team manager in the Finance practice, she also designs upskilling programs and team transformation strategies.
Prior to Gartner, Nadia worked in international strategic consulting, managing a portfolio of U.S. defense industry clients active in the Asia-Pacific and analyzing political and economic regional risks. Throughout her professional career, she has continuously dedicated creative energy to process improvement and proactive talent development.
