His coverage includes IT risk management, the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program, the CIO’s role in disaster recovery, and cybersecurity outcome-driven metrics.
Before joining Gartner, Mr. Callan conducted Chinese language-enabled research and analysis at a due diligence firm and at a US government sub-contractor.
