Nicholas's research areas also cover channel prioritization, User-Generated Content, as well as best practices in social media, email, and digital advertising channels.

Previous experience

Prior to joining Gartner, Nicholas Mortensen worked in federal contracts research, gathering insights contractors could use to strengthen their bids on upcoming programs.
