Nick Reddall is a Vice President and Executive Partner in Gartner's Executive Programs Team. He brings a wealth of experience in business and technology to his role as a trusted advisor, coach and senior consultant to a diverse portfolio of Gartner's clients based in the U.S. on topics that include the CIO role, leadership, strategy, digitalization, services, competencies and organization design. Mr. Reddall works with Gartner's C-Suite Executives and their teams to develop strategies that lead to positive business outcomes for their organizations.

Mr. Reddall leverages his broad experiences as a leader in environments in which significant change was the norm and draws on the lessons he learned leading multinational IT organizations through business cycles of growth, M&A and recession. Mr. Reddall brings his clients the combination of his firsthand experiences of rapid technology development in engineering, manufacturing and global business together with Gartner's current thinking in digital business transformation.

Previous experience

Before joining Gartner, Mr. Reddall worked in the automotive manufacturing and global supply chain space for almost 20 years. He began his career as a product and process engineer at Rearsby Automotive, a startup spun out of British Leyland Motor Corporation. During his tenure with Rearsby, he assumed additional responsibilities for information technology, which led him five years later into IT management and other leadership positions including Quality Management Systems, Product Design, Test and Development and Advanced Manufacturing. Most recently, Mr. Reddall held the position of Enterprise CIO for Affinia Group, a global U.S.-based auto parts manufacturer. In the years prior to Affinia Group, Mr. Reddall held leadership positions in Europe and the U.S. which included regional and business unit CIO positions in Echlin Corporation and Dana Corporation.
