Nicole Foust is a Research Analyst within Gartners Energy and Utility Industry Advisory Services team. Mrs. Foust helps CIOs and technology leaders explore the opportunities and impacts of digital business now and into the future, both broadly across asset intensive industries and with a deeper focus in energy and utility industries. She advises on the use of IT, Operational Technology (OT), and Digital Business to enhance reliability strategies and equipment performance. Mrs. Foust is involved in research spanning work and asset management and technologies including utility field mobility, geospatial information systems (GIS), asset management systems (EAM, APM, AIP).
In her previous role at Gartner, Mrs. Foust was a Senior Research Content Specialist for the Industry Advisory Services team. Her responsibilities included providing leadership on a departmentwide level by being an ambassador for industry-related questions, collaborating with Gartner's account teams to assist with renewal opportunities and continually develop personal and teammate content knowledge. Prior to joining Gartner, she held various positions within the IT industry, where she provided analysis and business support.
