Nicole Foust is a Research Analyst within Gartners Energy and Utility Industry Advisory Services team. Mrs. Foust helps CIOs and technology leaders explore the opportunities and impacts of digital business now and into the future, both broadly across asset intensive industries and with a deeper focus in energy and utility industries. She advises on the use of IT, Operational Technology (OT), and Digital Business to enhance reliability strategies and equipment performance. Prior to joining Gartner, she held various positions within the IT industry, where she provided analysis and business support.
