Previous experience
Mr. Prasad has about 18 years of experience in the IT industry. Early in his career, he worked as a System Administrator, managing Windows and Linux servers. His other area of expertise includes enterprise backup solutions and he has had exposure to SQL, Oracle Database, Microsoft Exchange Server and storage technologies.
Mr. Prasad was the Project and Program Manager for IT infrastructure operations projects for clients across multiple geographies - the U.S., Africa, MEA and Australia. As part of his role, he managed transitions from existing incumbents to new service providers and the transformation of existing operations from multivendors to a single vendor. He also managed IT infrastructure operations as Head of IT for a major client.
