Rabih Baz Radwan is a Director in Gartner’s Enterprise Risk Management practice where he advises Boards of Directors, Chief Risk Officers, Heads of ERM and executive leadership teams on accelerating value delivery and organizational impact.
Rabih has more than 18 years of experience ranging from data analytics and predictive modelling to management consulting in the fields of strategy, risk, and governance. He has experience working with Boards of Directors of various organizations (listed, privately held, and state-owned) across sectors. He has advised public sector decision makers and leaders on national and regional risk and resiliency, risk governance topics as well as policy design and management. He has also delivered multiple organizational and C-level workshops, keynotes, and panels on the topics of Leadership and Strategic Decision Making.
Prior to Gartner, Rabih held several senior executive roles including being a Chief Advisory Officer at the “Center for Governance”, one of the Public Investment Fund’s (PIF) companies in Saudi Arabia, an SVP of Strategic Risk Consulting at Marsh McLennan, a Risk Partner at Deloitte and a Director at EY leading the ERM solution across the Middle East and North Africa region.
