Rachel Longhurst is a Director within the Advisory team at Gartner, serving IT Leaders and their teams on topics related to Strategic Portfolio Management, including Project and Portfolio Management and Application Portfolio Management.
Specifically, Ms. Longhurst provides guidance on program and portfolio management, project metrics and dashboards, and the business value of IT. Additionally, she assists Application leaders on a number of topics including talent management, moving from projects to products, and RPA and automation governance.
She serves as a subject matter expert in resource and portfolio management, building effective project manager skills and talent for a digital era, culture change, adopting Agile ways of working and the move from Project to Product.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Longhurst served as an advisor for executives within the healthcare industry, supporting their digital and strategic transformation efforts across the payer and provider landscape in EMEA.
