Shanna Grafeld is an associate principal analyst in Gartner's Executive Leadership of Digital Business practice.
Ms. Grafeld focuses primarily on sustainability and leadership, helping clients to integrate sustainability into their strategy and culture. She brings over a decade of experience as an ecological economist and is constantly seeking solutions that work for the economy, the environment, and society.
Before joining Gartner, Ms. Grafeld has been a college professor, workshop facilitator, independent researcher, and corporate responsibility analyst. She had worked with a wide variety of partners from corporate, academic institutions, and nonprofit organizations. She has prepared and facilitated workshops and presentations to communicate complex sustainability issues for a wide audience.
