Shawn Murphy is a Senior Director Analyst with Gartner Research, working on the IT Strategy, Execution and Organization team. Mr. Murphys areas of coverage include developing human-centered talent management strategies, designing and implementing IT organizational and culture transformation solutions, and upskilling leadership skills for CIOs and IT leaders.

With over 20-years of experience as a consultant and advisor, Mr. Murphy has worked with C-suite and senior executive teams in many industries and sectors: Healthcare, banking, insurance, government, and higher education, for example.
