I am a Senior Principal Analyst in Gartner’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) practice, advising PPM and PMO leaders on how to maximize the business impact of their portfolio, program, and delivery capabilities. I help clients navigate complex transformation initiatives, strengthen governance and execution models, and reposition the PMO as a strategic, value-driving function.
