Shubhangi Jena is a Principal Analyst, publishing insights for Enterprise, Business and AI architecture. She primarily tailors her insights for architecture roles such as Enterprise Architects and Heads of Enterprise Architecture (EA).
Her expertise lies in helping clients start or re-start a high impact EA practice, re-define the operating model, develop EA strategy, build EA value proposition, roadmaps and enable capability-based planning. She also guides clients through their digital foundations strategy, selecting the right EA tool for their enterprise and building effective AI architecture strategy.
Prior to joining Gartner, Shubhangi worked with LTI Mindtree & Deloitte USI (Offices of the US). At LTI Mindtree, she has been part of ERP transformation project and assisted her clients with their ERP transformation, requirements gathering, and identifying and mitigating risks. At Deloitte USI, Shubhangi has served as Business Analyst, liaising with global stakeholders for their digital transformation or change management initiatives in a fast-paced agile environment and has rotated through several industries including Energy, FMCG & Retail.
