Susan focuses in particular on solutions to support monetization and partner ecosystem development as well as customer-centric network technology evolution to support B2X and B2B2X business models in 5G.
Susan joins Gartner from Strategy Analytics and brings in over 20 years of experience in global wireless and broadband industries, creating insightful analysis and recommendations for top global service providers, network equipment and software solutions vendors and other clients across the mobile and broadband value chains on operator innovation and digital transformation, service evolution for 5G, competitive positioning and portfolio/technology roadmaps, data monetization and revenue growth opportunities, partnerships and business models. Susan regularly speaks at conferences and client events. She is a member of The Advisory Board for GSMA's Mobile World Congress conferences, as well as a judge for leading industry awards including the GSMA's Global Mobile Awards (GLOMOS) and telecoms.coms' Glotel awards.
Prior to that, Susan held various positions including Strategic Business Manager at General Dynamics Wireless Services, working on commercial and public safety wireless networks and international IT services, and Director of Wireless Consulting at The Strategis Group, focusing on market entry strategies, competitive assessment, market sizing and forecasting.
