As part of the Leadership and Transformation Research Team, in the Supply Chain Practice, Suzie Petrusic, Ph.D., works with Chief Supply Chain Officers and their teams in all the areas of supply chain related to strategy leadership and execution. Ms. Petrusic has authored and co-authored research and case studies on topics such as risk, supply chain maturity, the future of the supply chain, digital transformation and decision-making, and supply chain constraints. Three-time recipient of practice- and Gartner-wide research excellence awards, she conducts in-depth research of client's pressing challenges, surfacing evidenced best practices and practical tools practitioners can put to their own use.
Prior to joining the Supply Chain Research team, Ms. Petrusic led the research team in Gartner's Sales practice, and conducted the award-winning and innovative quantitative analysis behind their most provocative research.
