Tess Frenzel

Principal, Research

Tess Frenzel is a Principal, Research on Gartner's CSCO Peer and Practitioner Research team, where she works on our signature annual research as well as smaller research products. The CSCO research team focuses on the key initiatives and priorities of Chief Supply Chain leaders and identifies innovative solutions for their mission-critical challenges, including sustainability, digital transformation, and supply chain resilience.

Previous experience

Tess joined Gartner in April 2022. Before joining Gartner, Tess spent the last three years at EAB Global, where she conducted research on topics including sustainability initiatives at non-US institutions, universities' emergency response to COVID-19, and best practices for promoting student wellbeing. She also led a project launch for a new research forum geared toward heads of DE&I in Fortune 500 companies. Outside of work, Tess spent three years volunteering as a pro-bono consultant for nonprofits in DC advising on fundraising initiatives and strategic planning. Tess graduated from Amherst College where she studied Political Science with a focus on international relations.
