Her work in the HR practice spanned critical topics such as employee engagement and retention, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, career management, organizational change, and HR analytics. She also managed research agendas supporting recruiting leaders, with a focus on labor market competition, recruiter performance, and employer branding.
