Tony Guadagni is a Sr. Principal for the Human Resources Peer & Practitioner Research Team. He develops resources and tools to assist HR leaders in improving their organizations' Total Rewards function. Tony brings mixed-methods research and organizational management experience from his years in academic research and educational evaluation.
In his previous role as a Senior Director at Hanover Research, Tony led a team of project managers and research analysts who delivered market insights to educational leaders in K12 schools districts and post-secondary institutions across the globe.
