My coverage focuses on how finance organizations can successfully adopt and scale AI, from foundational education and early-stage pilots through to enterprise-wide deployment. This includes AI use cases in finance, technology platforms and vendor ecosystems, implementation and operating models, governance and compliance considerations, and the evolving innovations that are transforming the finance function.
I’m a qualified accountant with my previous practice work including direct experience of various finance and finance adjacent roles from FP&A through to data analytics. I've written strategic papers on AI implementation strategy as well as developing and delivering AI training for Finance users. My final role prior to joining Gartner involved managing an AI lab within the finance function of SKY in the UK. As part of this role, I was responsible for proof-of-concept design, use case development and strategic coordination of AI initiatives.
