Classroom learning and engagement is the most important technology use case, with 69% of higher education leaders indicating that these technologies are very important to meeting their organization’s business goals. Nearly half (48%) of these leaders report they have recently fully deployed new classroom technologies to upgrade student experience in their organization.
CRM is also seen as valuable, with recruiting and admissions (67%) and student success (59%) as the second and fourth most important cases that education leaders have fully deployed.
