  • Forty-seven percent of survey respondents say they have not yet deployed a generative AI (GenAI) use case, while 16% report having between three and five.

  • Seventy-six percent of respondents indicate that they are planning to procure copilot solutions from enterprise vendors such as Microsoft (Copilot) and Google (Duet AI) to bring GenAI capabilities into the organization in the next two years.

  • Natural language analytics for internal use, code generation and first-draft member communications are the top three use cases that respondents are currently implementing.

  • Seventy-nine percent of respondents have already started, or will be starting, a formal use-case assessment, and 74%
