It describes aspects of members’ offshoring strategy, such as the different D&A job roles that members offshore, the structure and governance of their offshore global insource centers, and the results of offshoring.

The majority of respondents (9 of 13) offshore various roles, processes, or services within D&A.
A plurality of respondents (4 of 9) offshore 21% to 50% of the D&A roles in their organizations.
Data engineer is the most common job role that all nine respondents offshore or plan to offshore.
