Employees continue to seek internal mobility and growth through internal recruiting technologies. Internal career portals remain the top internal recruiting strategy adopted. Internal talent marketplace, a relatively new technology, is also gaining popularity among employees.
Employees perceive teamwide pulse surveys to be more valuable in improving employee experience than organizationwide surveys.
