Summary
Employee resource group leaders often volunteer for ERG leadership roles based on passion and are not formally selected based on skills. It therefore falls upon inclusion leaders to upskill and empower ERG leaders to be effective strategic leaders, especially where governance is more formalized or ERGs are under pressure to demonstrate measurable organizational impact. The templates in this toolkit are designed for inclusion leaders to share with ERG leaders as part of their onboarding or upskilling training to empower them to capture, measure and communicate ERG strategy effectively.
