Alexandra Earl provides expert advice, thought partnership and support to Communications Executives in leading global organizations, to; inform and pressure test their thinking, accelerate decision making, support crucial projects, enhance individual and team skill sets, professionalize the function and ensure strategic alignment with overall business goals. This is undertaken through live and virtual consultative discussions, workshops, presentations and coaching sessions and covers a wide array of communication challenges including; change communication, employee engagement, measurement, storytelling, digital comms, strategy planning and alignment, content management, and professionalization of the function. She works closely with their Account Management teams to ensure members are fully supported and receive maximum ROI on their partnerships with them, and ensure overall member needs are fed back to their global Research Team to inform future and ongoing products and services for members.
