Alexandra Earl is a Senior Director in the Marketing & Comms practice. She provides expert advice, thought partnership and support to Communications Executives in leading global organizations, to; inform and pressure test their thinking, accelerate decision making, support crucial projects, enhance individual and team skill sets, professionalize the function and ensure strategic alignment with overall business goals. This is undertaken through virtual consultative discussions, workshops, presentations and coaching sessions and covers a wide array of communication challenges including; change communication, employee engagement, culture & performance comms; manager comms; executive communication; and professionalization of the function. In addition to supporting clients, Alexandra also leads a number of global leadership initiatives, including: Chairing the Annual Communications Awards; leading the Learning & Development agenda for Communications Advisory; and project managing a Career Pathing initiative for tenured advisors in Advisory roles. Previously, Alexandra was responsible for managing a team of advisors within the Comms program in EMEA & APAC, including line management, budget and resource allocation, strategic planning, reporting and coaching.
Previously, Ms. Earl has worked in numerous fields, including: leading Communications for two charities; undertaking longitudinal research in the public & private sector; and supporting Heads of HR with their strategic priorities.
