Brianna Lux is an Executive Advisor for the Communications Leadership Council, which provides best practice research, benchmarking, and advisory support to a membership of leading organizations. In this role she partners with Communications executives to identify and understand their challenges, and then connect them with best practice research. She is also a facilitator for the Black Belt Strategic Communications Training Program for the Communications Leadership Council.
Ms. Lux conducted an assessment and delivered recommendations for improvement of a Federal agency's workforce analytics and reporting capabilities. She led training for the deployment of an Army career development system. She also led the redesign of a cross-government assessment of Federal HR and payroll shared service centers. She also developed strategic plan for the future of Federal HRIT and system consolidation through stakeholder engagement, interview analysis, and the development of readiness analysis tools.
