Dawn Hubbard is a Director Analyst within the Gartner research organization, specifically on the Sourcing, Procurement and Vendor Management team. Ms. Hubbard's coverage encompasses best practices in the areas of software pricing and contract negotiations for the SaaS market overall and more granularly for SAP and Workday. She reviews SAP and Workday SaaS subscription proposals and service-level agreements, assesses an organization's position based upon degree of leverage factors and adapts advice accordingly as to how to achieve favorable pricing and terms that will reduce costs and minimize risk.
Previously, Ms. Hubbard held Research Analyst position, supporting the Enterprise IT Leaders group and the C&SI team, covering staff augmentation. She was also a member of Gartner's Research Data and Analytics team, conducting primary research initiatives, with an extensive background in data collection, data processing and data analysis. Prior to joining Gartner, she spent eight years in sales and business development in the media and advertising industry, advising companies on how and where to attract talent.
