Prior to Gartner, Gaurav spent more than a decade leading talent, learning, leadership development and workforce transformation initiatives across multiple industries. His experience includes AI driven skills intelligence, designing talent strategies, implementing talent and learning technologies and partnering with executive leaders to improve employee and business outcomes.
