Jo Liversidge joined Gartner in 2015 and is an Analyst focusing on software procurement. She works in the Sourcing, Procurement and Vendor Management team.
Ms. Liversidge provides expertise to clients in the areas of:
- SaaS contracting, negotiation, pricing models/metrics, and trends such as consumption based pricing and composability.
- Software licensing, pricing and contract negotiation strategies for Salesforce and Microsoft.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Liversidge worked in IT procurement within the telecommunications sector, holding a variety of roles including category manager, senior procurement manager and category director, primarily covering software and related services. She also has experience directing data center service procurement and MVNO projects, managing geographically dispersed teams. She spent two years as a supply chain director responsible for the delivery of a pan-European logistics function to a 3PL.
