Jose Ramirez is a Principal Analyst for Gartner's Leadership, Culture, and People team in the CIO Research Group. Mr. Ramirez's expertise focuses on upskilling the IT workforce, organization development, and diagnosing and changing organizational culture.
Prior to joining the research team, Mr. Ramirez worked in Gartner executive programs, providing guidance and support to CIOs in multiple industries with their technology and strategy initiatives. Mr. Ramirez has also worked with the United States Marine Corps for six years, and held roles in leadership and operations.
