Juergen Weiss is heading Gartner's Financial Services, Research and Advisory group. Mr. Weiss focuses on insurance industry research, covering a broad range of business and technology topics. Among his focus areas are digital transformation, best practices in innovation management and collaboration with startups.
Mr. Weiss has more than 15 years of IT experience. Prior to joining Gartner, he had several executive roles in product management, development and consulting at SAP, where he was globally responsible for one of SAP's product lines in financial management.
Before joining Gartner, Mr. Weiss had 11 years of hands-on application experience, including strategy, development, system integration, product package selection and management responsibilities for international products, and consulting teams.
