She was also a Project Manager for several U.S. and international compensation studies for clients from high-tech, IT consulting, insurance and reinsurance industries. Before Mercer, Ms. Mok held HR management and sales administration positions in Honeywell's Asia/Pacific operations in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Sydney.
