As part of the Marketing Peer and Practitioner Research team in Gartner's Marketing and Communications team, Michael Ro works with functional leaders and their teams to conduct in-depth research of their pressing challenges, surfacing evidenced best practices and practical tools practitioners can put to their own use.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Ro began worked as a lab manager for a social psychology lab at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He worked with graduate students on developing prosocial behavioral interventions and performed statistical analysis on the effectiveness of the interventions. He also led a team of 8 to 10 undergraduate students and published a research paper on game-based sustainability intervention.
