Neal Solanki is an Advisory Director in Gartner's CIO Research and Advisory Group, where he enables CIOs, senior technology leaders and business leaders across the C-Suite to leverage Gartner analysis, case studies and tools to address organizations' mission critical priorities and the business/management challenges of IT.
Mr. Solanki uses Gartner's best practice research to address digital business transformation, operating model design and digital product management, talent and culture change, leadership development, IT financial and performance management, innovation and strategic planning.
He also covers the IT Score Diagnostic and the IT Budget Tool.
As a CIO Executive Advisor, Mr. Solanki focuses on delivering compelling interactions to clients and prospects, influencing must-have research through voice of market and other research contributions, as well as collaborating strategically with Sales and Service Delivery partners to drive positive business outcomes.
Prior to this role, Mr. Solanki was a Senior Team Client Manager within Gartner's Executive Programs for 3.5 years. In that role, he worked with CIOs and their direct IT Leadership teams across a wide range of industries. His previous roles at Gartner focused on Security and Risk Management, and Infrastructure and Operations. Prior to joining Gartner, he worked as a Headhunter within the Security and Risk Management domain for 8 years.
