Raf Gelders is a Chief of Research in the CIO Practice, with a primary research focus on the CIO role and IT operating model design. He works to design research strategies and high-impact storylines on topics such as fusion teams, business technologists and more broadly, the changes CIOs and other CxOs are making to democratize digital delivery by design.
His current role is as Vice President, Research in the CIO group, Peer & Practitioner Research. Mr. Gelders leads research projects for CIO clients globally and has led the research behind several Annual Executive Retreats (AERs) for CIOs. He also leads agenda setting for the CIO P&P research globally.
