Sumit Malhotra is the Vice President, HR Research & Advisor and currently leads the HR research team in India. His areas of expertise include talent strategy, talent analytics, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, employment value proposition design, performance management and human resource function effectiveness.
Mr. Malhotra previously was a Senior Advisor with the HR Practice and advised HR leaders in Asia across the entire suite of talent management and human resources effectiveness projects. He has also led the research and product development for Gartner in Asia on topics such as employee engagement, labor market analytics, talent analytics, employment branding, talent attraction and HR transformation.
Prior to joining CEB, Mr. Malhotra worked with Hewitt Associates (now Aon) managing employee engagement studies and custom consulting projects for clients in India, Singapore and Europe. He has also worked in the product strategy group for Dell's IT services business in India.
