Sumit Malhotra is currently the Research Director for the HR Practice in Asia. His areas of expertise include talent strategy, talent analytics, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, employment value proposition design, performance management and human resource function effectiveness.
Mr. Malhotra previously was a Senior Advisor with the HR Practice and advised HR leaders in Asia across the entire suite of talent management and human resources effectiveness projects. He has also led the research and product development for Gartner in Asia on topics such as employee engagement, labor market analytics, talent analytics, employment branding, talent attraction and HR transformation.
He is frequently invited to HR events at client organizations to share Gartner's insights and his experience on solving critical HR challenges in Asia.
