Tracy Tsai is a VP Analyst for the Technology Product Management practice in the Technology and Service Provider department of Gartner's Research and Advisory.
Ms. Tsai helps both IT providers and users to optimize, transform and reinvigorate their digital products and business by providing role-based advisory on emerging technologies, product strategies and go-to-markets. The role includes product managers, tech CEO, General Manager, IT leaders and CIO.
The technologies research focus includes cloud-based AI services in China, conversational AI and computer vision use cases and vendors in Greater China, Internet of Things for consumers, connected homes, and personal technologies.
