Heather Colella

As a Research Vice President for Gartner's Office of the CIO, Heather Colella works hard to make the difficult easy when helping CIOs improve their contribution to business results. As the creator of The Art of the One-Page Strategy she is passionate about strategy, effective communications and Gartner clients' personal success. Ms. Colella's motto is "Your Success Is My Joy," because she feels rewarded when clients achieve new levels of success using Gartner services. Ms. Colella's experience has been invested as a management consultant, developing information technology strategies, architectures and plans for major corporations. She has been a CEO of her own management consulting firm, was a Managing Director with KPMG/BearingPoint, a Senior Manager with KPMG/Nolan, Norton & Co., and a Consultant with both Gemini Consulting and IBM. Prior to joining Gartner, she was a Director at Fossil Partners and was responsible for three user-facing global organizations: PMO, service desk, and relationship managers who served as liaisons between the business areas within Fossil and IT.

Mark Driver

Mark Driver is a Vice President and Research Director in Gartner Research, where he specializes in application development technologies and open-source software. Within Gartner, Mr. Driver's research focuses on the construction elements of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). He covers programming languages, frameworks, agile CI/CD, DevOps and related developer tools. He also covers application architectures for next generation digital transformation efforts related to web, mobile, IoT, business rules management and artificial intelligence. Mr. Driver is also the Principal Analyst covering both business and technical topic of the open-source software model. He covers many aspects of open-source software, including adoption challenges, best practices, community models and market impact.

James Stravidis

Admiral James Stavridis, U.S. Navy Retired, is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, who has the United States with distinction and honor as a decorated sailor and commander. From 2009 to 2013, he became the first Navy officer to serve as commander of the U.S. European Command and as NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe. He is now the dean of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, plus he is analyst for NBC News, chairman of the board of the U.S. Naval Institute and a senior fellow at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. He is an accomplished author, including “The Leader’s Bookshelf.”
