Mark Raskino | Distinguished VP Analyst

Mark Raskino is a Gartner Fellow in the CEO and Digital Business Leadership research team. Mark works primarily with CIOs and their business executive colleagues. He covers business and technology trends and their implications for business strategy, innovation, business models, leadership and executive relationships. Mr. Raskino's research includes Gartner's annual CEO survey and CIO resolutions. He co-authored the books "Digital to the Core" (Gartner, 2015) and "Mastering the Hype Cycle" (Harvard Business Press, 2008). He is a frequent keynote speaker and keynote interviewer. Before joining Gartner, Mr. Raskino was a senior e-business manager at British Airways. Early in his career, he worked briefly in insurance, oil and telecoms.

Cathy Tornbohm | Distinguished VP Analyst

Cathy Tornbohm has more than 25 years' experience in the industry and is a Gartner Distinguished VP analyst responsible for business process outsourcing (BPO), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and IT services research. Ms. Tornbohm specializes in researching the advantages and challenges of adopting RPA and BPO for administrative purposes, specifically finance and accounting, and procurement BPO. Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Tornbohm provided strategic market and competitive analysis for BT and Cable and Wireless and at Mobil Oil in sourcing and procurement.

Malcolm Murray | VP, Audit Team Manager

Malcolm JGE Murray, CFA leads the research team for the CEB, now Gartner Audit Practice. He and his team study best practices within Internal Audit, enabling more than 600 chief executives and more than 30,000 professionals around the world to improve their performance and impact. Mr. Murray has spent more than three years advising Chief Audit Executives on how to manage risk in their organizations and optimize their functions. In prior roles, Mr. Murray provided advice to corporate executives and heads of government in Asia, Europe, and the U.S. on strategy development, organizational transformation, and risk management.

Dennis Gannon | VP, Advisory

Senior finance executives come to Dennis Gannon on a daily basis for his perspective on how best to maximize their returns on reinvesting in their businesses and when to return capital to shareholders. In an era of uncertain growth opportunities and intense global competition, finance leaders rely on Mr. Gannon's expertise to help create world-class budgeting, forecasting, and decision support processes within their organizations. Since joining the company in 2004, Mr. Gannon has become well-known for his keen ability to connect the dots between finance functions and bring a long-term perspective to member challenges. This has made him highly sought after by CFOs, Treasurers and other finance leaders. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Gannon consulted professional sports franchises on customer retention strategies. He earned an MBA with honors in Finance and Sports Business from the University of Oregon, and also holds an M.A. in Philosophy of Science and a B.S. in Mathematics from Virginia Tech. Mr. Gannon is based in Portland, Oregon. He is an outdoors enthusiast and you can find him most weekends hiking along the Oregon Coast, or playing his guitar during the many rainy days of the year.
