This summary contains input from twenty-five members on approaches to portfolio planning and management in the context of agile delivery. We begin this summary with an overview of members' usage of agile methodologies in the delivery portfolio. Next, we examine the changes members have implemented or intend to implement to portfolio planning and management processes to address agile delivery. We then discuss members' approaches for funding agile delivery, cost attribution, and general approaches to measuring the health and value of agile delivery. We close by identifying members' methods for budgeting and tracking technology costs within agile delivery.
