This summary contains input from twenty-one members regarding their approaches to employees' digital work life environment. We begin this summary with an overview of the hardware and connection capabilities members provide to their employees. Next, we examine members' policies around flexible working conditions and the types of flexible work arrangements they make available in their organizations. We then discuss the challenges members face in managing digital and flexible work life balances in their organizations. We close by identifying how unions and/or workers councils are involved in influencing decisions around flexible work arrangements.
