This summary contains input from thirty-six members regarding their robotic process automation (RPA) operations. This summary will provide members’ experiences with RPA bots, including their spending plans dedicated to RPA operations and infrastructure in 2019, members’ platform providers for major RPA applications, the number and types of bots they have in production, and the availability and deployment of their bots per business process. The summary will also help members’ examine environments for RPA setup, their preferred platforms for orchestrators and bots, and their recommended size of boxes for hosting bots, along with roles and best practices around bot management, infrastructure, and support.
