Mr. Eschinger and his team focuses its research on advising technology product managers, product marketers and CEOs of technology and service providers of opportunities based on market, buy-side and industry trends within enterprise software and service providers.
Mr. Eschinger has 25 years of experience in analyzing technology and market trends in order to identify opportunities within enterprise software applications, IoT, IT Services, and Cloud.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Eschinger held several operational management positions within retail and service organizations.
