Christine Tenneson is a VP Analyst supporting Gartner's Tech CEO research. She is a Key Initiative leader for Business Performance Management (BPM) for Tech CEOs, which covers Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing talent, and culture. She also is a Key Initiative lead for Customer Acquisition (CA) for Tech CEOs which covers channel, sales and marketing. For market coverage, her primary research coverage is infrastructure/data center services and services channels and is an expert on the VAR/solution provider market.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Tenneson served as Director of Research at Aquent and Monster.com. In these roles, she was responsible for quantitative and qualitative research, including client satisfaction measurement, brand awareness and analytics.
Prior to those roles, Ms. Tenneson's experience included six years at IDC, where she specialized in maintenance and support services, managing both the Network Consulting and Integration Services and the Software and Hardware Support Services research programs. While at IDC, her experience included competitive intelligence, forecasting and services marketing program development.
