Kelsie Marian is a Senior Director Analyst with Gartner's CIO Research Group. Ms. Marian's primary focus is advising Tier 1 retailers in the areas of the Digital Workplace and Employee Experience. From a technology perspective, she covers workforce management and optimization systems. Her research focuses on fostering organizational culture change and digital dexterity to help facilitate digital transformation, and ways to enable store associates to create competitive advantage. She is also the research liaison for primary and secondary research needs for the retail team.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Marian worked in the media industry, where she was responsible for sales campaigns, sales performance and campaign analysis, consumer research, and CRM implementation and training. She also has three years of in-store experience with an international home decor retailer.
