Kelsie Marian is a Senior Director Analyst with Gartner's CIO Research Group. Ms. Marian's primary focus is advising Tier 1 retailers on improving the Frontline Associate Experience. From a technology perspective, she covers workforce management applications and the use of smart robots in stores. Her research focuses on supporting and fostering digital dexterity to help facilitate digital transformation, and ways to enable store associates to create competitive advantage. She is also the Key Initiative (KI) Leader for the Retail Team.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Marian worked in the media industry, where she was responsible for sales campaigns, consumer research, and CRM training. She also has three years of in-store experience with an international home decor retailer.
