Mr. Pengelly began his career in technology with PricewaterhouseCoopers and since 2008 has undertaken a series of CIO and CIO-level roles, leading large teams to build, run and transform mission-critical digital services in central government. He has extensive experience in both out- and in-sourced delivery environments. Mr. Pengelly joined Gartner from the Department of International Trade where he ran complex IT operations and investment for a newly-formed organization with a presence in over 120 global markets.
